I can describe the Galerie and New Group, but a dear friend, Gemma Cleanslate did such a better job than I could in her post on SLNewser.  Thank you Gemma for a great job.

The Gallery and Group are a project I have wanted to do since joining SL and now is my chance.  I will be adding Places, Events and People I have seen or met, that make SL a beautiful place.
The Misty's Haven Subscribe-O-Matic group is free and takes no group space. It is spam free and will not only tell of changes at the Galerie, but also about things I find that works of arts.. original concepts or ideas, that set a higher standard for the rest of us.
GEMMA has to be my first person to talk about.  She is easy to sum up... classy, warm, friendly with nothing but kind words. If Qwark Allen is DJing somewhere, if she isn't there, she soon will be or something in RL is keeping her off SL.  How lucky I am to be friends to both.

THE ARTISTS-in order I met them.
As you land in Petite d'Art Galerie, you will see the vendors.  Each artist has a vendor you can click on, get a notecard about their works and landmarks to their Businesses. Please check them out and you will be glad you did. You will not only enjoy their works, but the settings they are in.

Pazzo Pestana-Thank you for introducing me to New Toulouse, one of the better set of sims on SL. NT is all done in early New Orleans style. Ever wanted to be in a classical painting?  Pazzo is the one to see.  He took classical painting & recreated the pose. People can choose what clothes, if any to wear. He take a photo and then superimposes the image, seamlessly, into the classical one.  Very beautifully done. (Pazzo has been trying to teach me to sail without running off a sims edge. So far, it isnt working too well LOL )

Professor herman Bergson-The Professor seems to be known more for his Philosophy Classes @ 1 PM on Tues and Thurs.

Some are not aware,  he also does great photos. He has two museums of his works. He takes photos of friends, crops out just their image and creates a story in a picture. Look closely you will see him in each picture. Is he part of the experience or just an observer of beauty in the picture?  You decide :-)

or visit his museums inworld.

Thane Woodford-Thane's award winning sculptures are true works of art. You might not recognize the name or his store Raven's Heart, but you have seen his works around SL.
